So here’s the question we’ve been asking ourselves…. what is the lesson in this for us to learn?
It is said that 2020 is a year of transformation, clarity, and finding ourselves. But we’re not sure if “finding yourself” is really a thing. We aren’t lost… our truest self is still present, it’s just likely buried under loads of cultural conditioning, other peoples’ opinions, our habits and routines, and some unhealthy conclusions we’ve drawn about ourselves that have somehow become beliefs of who we are and what we are capable of – or not. Maybe “finding yourself” is actually just returning to who you truly are… an unlearning, an exploration, and an excavation.

Get curious. Look for the lessons. Make the most of opportunity. When you learn something new, you know more… then try not to unknow!
For each of us fortunate to greet another sunrise, we are being given the opportunity for new growth, new perspective, and new understanding. Regardless of where we are in our lives and work, there are lessons all around for us to learn – why ignore them? Is there a message you’re ignoring that won’t leave you alone? Is there something that fills you with light that you haven’t yet explored? Is there something that outrages you that you would like to change for the better? Is there a book or podcast you’ve been saving for when you have “more time”?
Expand your thinking. OPEN YOUR MIND. When something sparks your interest or excites you, explore more.
We’ve compiled a batch of things that we believe are click and share worthy in the hopes that there’s at least one resource or read that could be the catalyst to be life or work changing for you. (let us know if that is the case, please!).
