We all share EVERYTHING … how can that not motivate you to care more?
As we all go “back” … to school, to restaurants, to offices and gyms … as we will start to spend more time inside, as the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler, we want to focus on air … the stuff we breathe … something we all share.
Air pollution is a global issue but it is also a personal matter … it is not too big for you (or any of us) to understand. It is easy to contribute to cleaner air in our own spaces and in the ones we share … and when we make efforts to do better, it benefits us all.
Think about this: Fresh air doesn’t actually smell like anything! You shouldn’t smell cleaning chemicals or other people (at the restaurant or park etc.)
You get to make a choice: You can be part of the problem or part of the solution. With all you do, you are either making the air cleaner or polluting it. By taking action and taking care of yourself, you will be supporting a healthier situation for all of us … cleaner indoor and outdoor air, and, of course, a healthier you. It’s a good deal. We have nothing without our breath … so we all must be invested in cleaner air.
Where do you start? Right here … but please keep going.
