Danny’s best-selling book ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-free Running, has been instrumental in revolutionizing the world of running for decades. The legacy he created was based on his 30-year practice of T’ai Chi and his 45 years of running, racing, and coaching hundreds of thousands of runners in energy efficiency, injury-prevention, and “intelligent movement.” As you know, we are all about “intelligence” around here and appreciate how generously he shares with us.
