Every week we feature one good human from TWIC. This week’s member highlight is Richa Gupta … a mother and entrepreneur with a big smile and big plans! She founded Good Food For Good in 2013 ready to make eating healthy easy and delicious while making a difference in the world. With an MBA and many years of experience in retail, fashion, and food marketing, Richa found it challenging to feed her family good food while navigating her very full days. Around that time, my son Ryan and I met Richa at a Toronto Farmers’ Market where we bought her all-organic, whole-food, plant-based spreads and sauces (that she was making herself!) … and since that day have had many personal/professional connections and opportunities to collaborate and support each other. Today, she is actively building her food and beverage brands in order to make it easy for all of us to eat and drink well, feel well … and do good.
