Every week we feature one good human from TWIC. This week’s member highlight is Zoe Weil (pronounced “Zoh While”) … she is the co-founder and president of the Institute for Humane Education (IHE), and is considered a pioneer in the comprehensive humane education movement. It’s hard to write a short introduction for Zoe, since she is incredibly accomplished … Educator, Author of seven books, TEDx & Keynote Speaker, Photographer … and super impressive Crossfitter! I first connected with Zoe after watching her TED Talk, then met in person at a conference in Toronto in 2013 … thrilled to have her as a member of TWIC today! Zoe received a Master’s in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and was awarded an honorary doctorate from Valparaiso University. She is certified in Psychosynthesis counseling, a form of psychotherapy which relies upon the intrinsic power of each person’s imagination to promote growth, creativity, health, and transformation.
