Before you start a new activity, pause for a couple of seconds and consider what you are about to do and its significance in your everyday life. Even the seemingly mundane tasks have great significance when you stop to think about the purpose of what you are doing. When you carry this practice through in all you do, from your morning Rituals to your workouts, to sharing a meal with family and friends, to sleeping, you are stopping to experience mindful connection to your actions.
