Every week we feature one good human from TWIC. This week’s member highlight is Sungsook Han, known as SuSu … is an entrepreneur, chef, sommelier, and industrial designer who is best known (by us) as the creator of amazing korean pickles and ferments and owner of HansommChef in Toronto. If you spent time in TWIC, you will know of my love for organic, fermented foods made with love, and SuSu’s goods are incredible and can be found alongside TWIC member, Rebekka Hutton’s fire tonic, kombuchas and pickles! I first met Susu at the Waldorf Farmers’ market when I made the trip to acquire some kohlrabi “noodles” and pickled cherry bombs!
