Eat something red.
Try an heirloom tomato, Macintosh apple, sweet pepper, strawberry, watermelon, or radish. What is your favourite red food? Can you try something new? How do red foods make you feel? Did you know red foods are rich in polyphenols? Do you eat a rainbow every day?
Connect to something in nature that is red.
A rose, cardinal, autumn leaf, berry, red maple tree, ladybug, or sunset … look around. When you go outside, are you conscious of all that surrounds you? Does it take you to a place of awe and wonder? What is nature gifting you today?
