Anyone who knows us, knows we love kind chocolate. When buying chocolate for yourself and your loved ones, skip conventional and industrially made bars found in big box stores, and opt for sweet treats that are made with love by good humans.
Not all chocolate is created equal
The majority of chocolate is loaded with white refined and ultra-processed sugars, filler ingredients, and processed dairy from factory farms. They have been stripped of any nutritional potential. And, worst of all, much of the cacao used by “Big Food” companies has been harvested by child slaves (beware of Hershey, Mars, and Nestle etc).
Choose organic, fair-trade, vegan chocolate, made with whole ingredients.
The chocolate I share with friends and family is not only incredibly delicious, it’s also guilt-free and made with some of the most nutritious ingredients on the planet. Without refined sugars and toxic filler ingredients, eating chocolate can even be good for you—it’s how I justify eating it for breakfast. Quality, organic chocolate that is certified Fair Trade always tastes better and you can ensure that the people who craft, grow, and harvest the cacao are being paid fairly.
