Sam is a Physiotherapist from Picton, Ontario, Canada and has a special interest in chronic pain. He teaches HeartMath breathing techniques and uses the WimHof method. When we move, it is so important to move mindfully and to know WHY we are doing so … how great to have someone as studied and mindful in all dimensions of Wellness Intelligence sharing with us.
