Every week we feature a good human from TWIC. This week’s member highlight is Roger Yang … Roger is a Restauranteur, Chief Taste Tester, and an innovator in hospitality. What struck me when I first met Roger Yang years and years ago, a referral from TWIC member, Stacey Burgess, was his drive to do something better … and his willingness to go against the grain. One of his vegan restaurants even had a “pay what you want” all-you-can-eat soup on the menu … and the soup was really good! I hope you like this interview with Roger and gain a little insight about the struggles for entrepreneurs in hospitality, especially after years of rolling lockdowns … and are lifted up by the passion and resilience it takes! Perhaps, an action item for us all is to take the time today to share a positive review for a restaurant or food maker we rely on and enjoy!
