Anya is amazing to follow … she has been teaching many forms of movement and fitness around the world for the years. She is currently living in Estonia (her birthplace) but I had spent a lot of time with her in Mexico, including standing on her beds of nails (you can read our interview here which will shed a lot of light on her philosophy on movement and includes a photo of the nails!). Anya is also a quantum meditation guide, reiki healer, and life coach.
