Alison has been “taking people’s pain away” for over 30 years as a physiotherapist and also teaches springboard pilates, Nordic pole-ates, Poolates and kangoolates in Toronto. Her classes are fun and full of Alison’s energy and decades of experience. I loved taking her springboard pilates class and finding MANY opportunities to improve my coordination and balance.
