Every week we feature a good human from TWIC. This week’s member highlight is Doris Fin … Doris is a Global Chef who has a beautiful fascination with Kind Food and cooking. There are so many brilliant chefs and nutritionists that don’t necessarily take their passion and talent for food and use it for wellness both in the kitchen and in all dimensions. Doris’ joyful and playful energy can be tasted in what she makes and how she teaches. Whether she is teaching, at a market, foraging, cooking for herself, catering, or hosting, she is focused on cultivating connection. I connected with Doris because I wanted to support her and order Fincicles, her dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free “ice cream bars” … ok, maybe, I wanted to eat them too.
