Every week we share a new Exercise Snack to stack into your day from a movement specialist we appreciate in TWIC. This week’s Exercise Snack is Downward Dog, Adho Mukha Svanasana, with Samantha Bederman.
Sam is a certified Iyengar teacher who helps people achieve relief in their body by using their body. How GREAT is that?! Sam is an old friend (in the sense that we’ve known each other for decades), crossing paths repeatedly … she has been a client, and most recently she helped me feel great/safe/strong in poses on her Karunta Yoga Rope Wall (amazing to practice on). Sam offers intimate classes and private sessions in her boutique studio in a beautiful Toronto neighbourhood. She believes Yoga is an art and science and when practiced with precision and accuracy … the healing process is simply a byproduct of optimal alignment and health. And that’s why she is sharing this important instruction and Exercise Snack.
Try this Exercise Snack with Sam … it’s not just a great way to improve mobility, stability, and flexibility, it will help you be more productive and help you feel better all day, every day!
