Lisa has already taught us the Neck Hug here … a really feel good Exercise Snack! She is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Primary/Junior Teacher, as well as 2nd Degree Black Belt in Shokan Karate … what a combination, especially at her young age. She is a true wellness warrior who started training in Martial Arts at 11 years old and fell in love with the strength of her body. She even trained Ryan Storm and Joey Storm for years … all the way until they graded for their black belts (and was their favourite Sensei). Lisa’s journey in yoga began while in high school, and quickly became a safe place to return to over the years and spark creativity and create connection.
