What is an Exercise Snack?
Think about it … doesn’t it sound nourishing and quick? I have been in marketing and communications since 1994 and I am dedicated to making things make sense to (and for!) you! “Exercise Snacks” are simple movement patterns that use your own body weight (no equipment needed, not even gym clothes!) that get “stacked” right into your day … with big benefits and feel-good results. You do NOT need more time in your day, you simply need an open mind!
