Every week we feature a good human from TWIC. This week’s member highlight is Lisa Karandat … Lisa is the Co-Founder of Good Juju Body & Home, a line of all natural and plastic-free everyday essentials that was one of my first featured “Favourite Things” when we opened the doors to TWIC. Lisa and her business partner, Alexa, came together with a goal of making zero waste a culturally diverse experience. Zero waste is one thing … culturally diverse another … plus, their products are kind on human and environmental health. Wanting to be plastic free and wanting to show and prove that we do not have to give up performance when we give up our plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap has its challenges, but Lisa is proving that zero waste can be an elevated product experience. So, to me, Lisa is a superstar in consumer product goods, and a multitasking-mom who is present for her kids every day and is also very responsible for creating a better future for them and our whole next generation. I hope that you enjoy our interview covering entrepreneurship, parenting, creating habits, playing games, working out, and even ice cream.
