If trust is such a treasure, why is it so complicated? Why don’t we trust others?
Defined, “trust” means choosing to risk making something you value vulnerable to another person’s actions. It is the basis for everything we do. It’s the foundation on which we build. Trust affects family, friends, colleagues, employees, leaders, companies we work for, and companies we buy products and services from.

When trust is lacking or absent it causes suspicion, fear of trying new things, hesitancy to share and speak, discomfort, distraction and even anxious feelings and heightened emotions.
