OUR {UN}BLOG

This is an {un}blog, and not really a blog (because I never really do anything completely conventionally), but I certainly do have a lot to say and share (for those of you who know me, you did not need me to spell this out). I’m SO fortunate to be able to connect with people, products, and ideas that I find incredibly inspiring every day, and I hope to use this virtual space to give you an inside look into what’s going on in my (crazy) world…which, I share with you.

Along with my small but mighty team, we will be posting content under 3 main departments, and encourage you to share with us as well. If something excites or outrages you, if you have a product or service that we should know about, or should you have any comments, complaints, criticisms or compliments please be in touch.

Our Stories

My Pledge to C

In my 19th year in business (I’m not that old, really), I realize even more, that as I’ve grown in this great big world of ours, with clients around the globe, that the world actually gets smaller and smaller every day.

We all connect and collide with each other in so many different ways and places and I continue to believe that if good people, doing good things stick together that good will result! So, I thank you for being “here” for me. Your enthusiasm and support has kept me busy and you’re the reason that I remain passionate about all that I do, and that I am inspired to do more.

In honour of you, I Pledge to C. It’s all in a little vision, right?

Green- Living Amongst the Eco-Unconscious

Living among the eco-unconscious is not easy. In fact, sometimes I believe that it’s going to be the very thing that destroys me. I find this quote by Mahatma Gandhi to be something to hang on to in daily life, “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”

I am accused of living in my own little world, a “bubble” that most would refer to as crazy. I am often mocked for not being able to “just enjoy life.” The irony is that I have never enjoyed life more. I appreciate everything more than ever. I am now more connected to my food and all of my purchases.

(P)Interesting Food Heroes

We are passionate about good food around here. Good food to us means that we got great answers to our tough questions (which we all deserve to know and should demand to know!) – where it comes from, what’s in it, who grew it and where, will it sustain our energy to get us through our seemingly never ending list of to-dos, and on, and on.  The following real foodies are making good food easy, accessible, and completely drool worthy.
