Entrepreneur Checklist For Better Business and Wellness Intelligence
If you are an entrepreneur and work creatively and intensely, you likely need signs, signals, alarms, and life forces to interrupt your work flow in order to take care of yourself. These important tips, and stackable activities will help to make your days as healthy, productive, and efficient as possible.
For desk sitters of all kinds! A healthy workspace is a more pleasant and productive environment, and will likely positively impact your success … however you define it. From what’s on your desk to where you sit, to energy boosts and Exercise Snacks, you will leave feeling good about the raise ahead.
If you shop, for anything, this session is fun and life changing. How can I avoid “healthwashing” and know what is really healthy? I teach how to make purchases that are better (for human and environmental health … and why). Everyone will discover how to use Wellness Intelligence to shop really well … from food to shoes, from shampoo to cookware. Everyone loves the positive energy and the simple checklist as it’s very empowering! Simple economics … Empathy Economics.
Kind Food Plate
This session will teach you how to nourish your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental, and financial wellness … all dimensions of wellness with Kind Food. Satisfy your cravings, likes, and lifestyle … this is not a diet and it applies no matter what and how you currently eat or what plans might be offered or followed within your programming/organization.
In this session we will talk about (and practice!) a handful of easy, calming rituals that anyone can implement and “stack” into their already full day to feel more relaxed and grounded in your body, mind, and soul … anywhere, anytime. Includes micro-UnMeditations, Yin postures, Qi Gong, Vagal Toning, breathing and laughing.
Stack Workout Design
This is the signature movement program that works for everyone … don’t plan your day around exercise, integrate intermittent movement right into your daily life. This is an “and” into any fitness or workout routine, not instead of anything. It won’t take much for everyone in this session to start realizing the benefits and seeing results from this way of being more active (even with a desk job) without the need for a structured training program. Best of all, it’s convenient … from your office to your kitchen, it can be done anywhere.
The most complained about and the wellness habit people chase most! This session will teach you how to find sound (or sounder) sleep which will support you in all dimensions of wellness. Includes setting the bedroom up and a sleep hygiene checklist, what to do before bed, how to deal with mid-night wake ups, and what you might want to keep on your bedside table.
You don’t have control over all the toxins you’re exposed to in the world (every day), but you do have control over what you bring into your home. This session will teach you how to invest in the place you spend the most time. It answers a fundamental question: How can we make our homes less toxic? We love adding a long q and a to this session if time and situation permits.
Uplifting… a facial workout
This facial “workout” is transformative and everyone will leave with a relaxed smile. It’s a lot of fun and very balancing to learn how to tone & take care of yourself through your face for transformative results. I guide everyone through this super-practical, beautifying, and nourishing self-care ritual and show how and when to implement.
