Wellness Intelligence gives you the ability to make better decisions and take better action in conscious pursuit of better outcomes. It is about you being able to answer the question, “what should I do?” with ease, flow, and a sense of purpose in any situation.
Wellness Intelligence creates the conditions for you to feel better in all eight dimensions of wellness … physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental, and financial. And, it’s not about doing more things, it’s about doing better things … on your own terms.

You’re not going to “get it” until you experience it. What I share is not a replacement for your existing diet, fitness routine, or therapy, and will not make your day busier. It;s about adding more “good” in rather than being restrictive or taking anything away. My practical action and radically-simplified solutions are built on evidence-based concepts and experience-based wisdom … and they really work.
